We are a community of fun loving and exciting people who have come to Mount Vernon from near and far - some from across town, others from across the country!  We come from a variety of life experiences.  We have all joined together in the recently-formed community of Twin Brooks.  We all share the following core values:

Many of our homes are single-story, and feature few barriers to entry.  As of mid-2019, our scenic 55+ community is comprised of 87 new homes occupied by happy owners.  Twin Brooks is  conveniently located just a few minutes away from outstanding shopping, financial institutions, and healthcare.  And we are close to so many opportunities for recreation and leisure activity!
